This is an incredible Leglift station with chins and dips. You can do three different exercises in one machine which gives you a lot more space to other gym equipment.
This Gymleco machine creates an easy and stable workout for both the lower abdominal muscles (leglift exercise), chin-ups and dips. The arm support is easily folded away for dip exercises. Easy to use machine for everybody, regardless of fitness level.
