This is an adjustable Decline bench from Gymleco that can be adjusted in angles from -14 ° to + 80 °. This bench is one of our best sellers within gym benches and it’s because it can be used in all kinds of exercises. You can use it in exercises that are seated up, like shoulder presses, but also lying down in a decline mode, such as chest presses.
This weight bench is equipped with a correctly placed footrest and comfortable back cushion that is designed so that your shoulder blades can move freely during the exercise.
The bench is stable and in a compact design with the correct length and width. It’s designed for professional gyms and can therefore resist heavy strength training.
