The Decline bench is often used in bench presses. The decline bench press is similar to regular bench press but you are tilted down with your head during the exercise to target the lower pecs.
Gymleco’s Decline bench is an updated version of our other Decline bench that is in solid style. The difference between them is that this adjustable one can be adjusted to 6 different heights.
This Gymleco weight bench is designed for professional use. It is stable, in a compact design and the cushions are designed with the correct length and width.
