021 Gymleco Chest Press Seated

Unique and popular inward movement that are taken from our chest press, with a weight stack (No. 321). The ergonomically designed movement along with the sleek and slim design makes this a complete machine.

021 works effectively on the entire chest muscle. This is precisely because the movement is strongly angled, which disconnects much of the work of the triceps muscles. Angular movement also becomes the longest possible for the chest muscles. You can change the effect between the lower and upper part of the chest muscle by changing the seat height and the height of the elbows.

A functional foot pedal makes it easy to get in and out from this Gymleco machine.
